About UsHere at The Vision Development Team, it is our goal to make sure that our patients have the vision skills needed to meet the rigorous demands of school, work, and sports.

Optimal vision encompasses more than 20 different skills! We train VISION beyond 20/20 eyesight.

Vision problems can be due to inefficient eye teaming skills, reduced eye focusing skills, or inadequate visual processing skills. We are here to help with these skills!

Athletes can also benefit from vision training. We will help you train your eyes to work better and faster to improve your game.

Our dedicated and knowledgeable staff will work with you and customize a vision training program based on your specific needs. We will be sure to discuss your program with you and address any concerns you may have.

Alexandar Andrich, OD, FCOVD

4579559_origDr. Alexandar Andrich is a graduate of The Ohio State University College of Optometry and is in private practice in North Royalton, Ohio. He lectures on the topics of pediatric/infant vision, binocular vision disorders, sports vision, neuro-optometric rehabilitation and learning-related vision disorders. In addition to providing Vision Therapy, Sports Vision, and Neuro-Optometric Rehabilitation services at his private practice, he is also on staff in the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation departments at University Hospitals Parma Medical Center and the MetroHealth Rehabilitation Institute of Ohio. Dr. Andrich is currently serving as the president of the International Sports Vision Association. Additionally, Dr. Andrich is a vision coach to the Cleveland Monsters hockey team and Cleveland Gladiators arena football team. He is professionally involved at state, national and international levels. When he is not busy with optometry, Dr. Andrich enjoys spending time with his family, playing tennis, and mountain biking. Dr. Andrich is a Vision Coach for the Force Baseball Academy.
